The Boston Bruins are trying to get things together to make another Stanley Cup push.

While it seems the team will miss out on veteran defenseman Ryan Suter, the team has locked up Taylor Hall and have something pretty much done with David Krejci.

General manager Don Sweeney and president Cam Neely have both said they're all in on another run for the Stanley Cup.

That might involve one 36 year old forward who has only played for one team his whole career.

Ryan Getzlaf will hit free agency for the first time in his career and according to B's insider Joe Haggerty, the Bruins are in the mix and at the top of the list to land him.

"Per a source, the Bruins are definitely in the running for 36-year-old Ryan Getzlaf if he doesn't wind up sticking with the Anaheim Ducks. It makes sense if the Bruins are in it for one last hurrah with their core group this season for that one more Stanley Cup"

With Charlie Coyle struggling at times last year do you think Getzlaf would be the perfect third line center and Coyle could move over to the wing?
