Entering the season, the Boston Bruins had a lot of question marks surrounding their roster, but it looks like they have a newly debuted second line.

The Boston Bruins have started to narrow down their roster. Yesterday the Boston Bruins ended up announcing their second round of roster cuts, where nine players were sent down to the Providence Bruins.

Five players were placed on waivers, while the other four were directly sent down to the AHL.

Here is the full list:

Patrick Brown, Michael Callahan, Georgii Merkulov, Victor Soderstrom and Riley Tufte on waivers.

Frederic Brunet, Riley Duran, Brett Harrison and Fabian Lysell to report to Providence.

At practice yesterday, the Boston Bruins made a change, where Zacha ended up moving to wing, and Mittelstadt took center on the Bruins second line.

Now it looks like this is going to be the new second line for the Bruins entering the year.

Bruins reveal new second line

During the game today, the line of Zacha-Mittelstadt-Arvidsson looked really good, and people believe the Bruins are going to enter the season with them as the second line.

Zacha, Mittelstadt and Arvidsson, you are the second line.

Zacha even ended up scoring a goal for the Bruins in their 4-1 win over the Rangers off a nice play from Mittelstadt and Arvidsson.

Strong forecheck leads BOS to work the puck below the goal line, Arvidsson to Middlestadt. Middlestadt passes between the feet of the Ranger onto Zacha's stick. Zacha buries the shot.
