The price for Boston Bruins general manager Don Sweeney to acquire a former 16th overall pick was just revealed.
Recently, the Bruins have been back into trade discussion, especially with the start to the year they are having.
Don Sweeney thought the Bruins were going to be more competitive this season, but they just got over a six-game losing streak.
Since then, the Bruins have been in some big trade rumors, even suggesting they may trade two top-six players.
Multiple inisders have confirmed that the Bruins have been getting calls regarding both Pavel Zacha and Casey Mittelstadt.
“Boston is interesting. Casey Mittelstadt is out there out there again. Pavel Zacha was a player that they explored and took calls on last season,” Pagnotta said. “From the Canucks perspective, those are two players that would appeal.
“There are players they are exploring on and I would imagine that Boston would be a club that Allvin and (President Jim) Rutherford are going to at least poke on to see what the price tag would be for either of those players.”
