Two former Bruins players, Brad Marchand and Brandon Carlo, are seemingly bumping heads following their departure from Boston, and it has been revealed the two endured an unexpected altercation.

On March 7, 2025, both players were traded unexpectedly during the NHL Trade Deadline, and following their departure, there was speculation that the new rivals weren't going to get along so well, due to their known attitudes in stressful times.

However, fans did not expect it to happen just a month after they arrived to their new organizations. Yet, it was just revealed the two have already endured a lot of chirping, but not in a way we would anticipate.

Carlo was seemingly anticipating the worst from Marchand, as he knows how this forward chirps on the ice, but as it turns out, Brad never dished out any words; he was actually on the other side of the controversy.

According to the former Boston Bruins captain, Brad Marchand, during a media session following Tuesday's skate, he never initiated any on-ice altercation with his former teammate, Brandon Carlo, and revealed to reporters that Carlo was the one throwing jabs.

The former Boston Bruins captain later admitted to the media that ‘it cut deep'.

To our surprise, the former veteran was suggested to be joking, as he and Carlo had become great friends during their time together in Boston.

However, it will be truly interesting to see what happens when Carlo is on the opposite side of the altercation.

Will there be a feud between the two former teammates when they face-off in the future?

Time will only tell.
