The Bruins will finally be back in action after a 10-day break, as they set to host the Capitals this afternoon.
After an extended layoff, head coach Jim Montgomery has decided to turn to his ‘'backup'' goaltender. As according to Fluto Shinzawa of The Athletic, Jeremy Swayman will start against Washington.
Swayman, 24, has improved to a 12-3-4 record, 2.34 GAA and a .914 SV% after struggling to start the season.
